Dealer Information
For the purpose of this application, a Dealer is defined as an entity that maintains an avionics sales and installation facility approved by the civil aviation authority for those countries in which it conducts business, with qualified personnel, appropriate equipment and tooling, and data to perform the work to meet the minimum Civil Aviation Authority standards. An update to the following dealer information is required annually, or sooner if there have been any changes.

Dealer Relationship
Dealers do not act as an agent of Canyon AeroConnect, nor have any authority to make arrangements, representations, warranties or otherwise which obligate Canyon AeroConnect in any manner. It is further understood that nothing in this application shall be construed to establish a relationship of employer or employee, co-partners, joint ventures, franchiser and franchisee or licenser and licensee between parties.
